The industry expectations have gone higher and only those sustain who have the right attitude & skills to accept challenges and increase the performance ladder each day.

The objective of PTeS has been creating knowledge, influencing management practices and global integration. The Placement Cell plays an important role throughout by conducting industry expert talk, skill development workshops, industrial projects, operational workouts and trainings.

Placement Process at PTeS:

1. Pre-Placement Training: In Pre-Placement Training program like Resume Writing, Mock Aptitude Test, Refresher course on Domain knowledge, Mock GD and PI which gave confidence to the student in handling the campus placements successfully.
2. Inviting the Recruiters for detailed Job Description (JD)
3. Sharing the JD with Students and shortlisting the best suited candidates as per Profile
4. Sharing the CV’s with company and inviting them for campus recruitment drive to campus.
5. Companies are encouraged to give Pre-placement talks before the commencement of recruitment process. This gives students a chance to know more about the company, work culture, growth opportunities and learning and advancement opportunity at the organization. They will also get a clear idea of the kind of profile that they would be working on. This would enable the students to make an informed choice and help enhance the effectiveness of the company’s selection process.
6. HR can conduct different rounds of selection process and inform the names of selected students to the Placement Cell, which in turn shall inform the concerned students of the same.
7. Final Job Offers would be provided by the companies, which shall be accepted and acknowledged by the students. All the job offers will be channeled through the Placement Cell
