Objectives:

1.The EM Program trains the students on wide range to Life Skills, Etiquettes, Grooming, Hygiene
and Sanitation. Communication Skills followed by Technical Skill which shall prepare the students to
become future Managers, Entrepreneurs, and Leaders of Event management industry.
2.This Program incorporates training and practical experience, in the form case studies,
presentations, internships, industrial visits, fests, workshop and interaction with experts from the
industry.
3.The Programs give exposure to students in Entrepreneurship for their Start-Ups
4. The EM Program gives ample thrust to the theory and practical training while maintaining the

standards through well trained instructors, modern teaching aids, student centric learning, world-
class study material and infrastructure.
5.The Program gives pre-placement training for helping the students to get Campus Placements
from Placement Cell.

Outcome of the Program/Course:
After the Completion of EM Program, The students can be placed in the Event Industry.

Exertion to water Park:

The study tour was organized for IHM students to Gandharv Water Park in Kolhapur.

Cooking Competition:

A Cooking Competition was organized for IHM students.

Industrial tour:

Industrial tour was organized for IHM students to UK 27 The Fern, a well renowned 4-star Hotel. IHM students got an excellent exposure about various department practically on the ground level.

Dance Competition:

Intercollege Dance Competition was organized by the B.Com department, IHM students won the 3rd Prize.

Shantai Vrudhaashram:

IHM students visited ‘Shantai Vrudhashram’ an old age home on ‘World Food Day’, Students prepared the food by themselves and served to old age home people.

Battle of Bartender:

IHM students participated and were Runner up in the “Battle of Bartender “competition, organized by Fairfield Marriott Hotel.

JUNOON:

IHM students organized the ‘National Level Hotel Management Fest’ which was the first IHM fest across
